The story has been updated. The shooter was a private security guard for 9News not a “leftist protestor”.
That’s a cartridge with a JHP still attached, not a casing.
Prove me otherwise.

I heard an interesting, small-world anecdote on Colorado Public Radio yesterday: in conversation with host Ryan Warner, state Rep. Leslie Herod said that Kamala Harris had advised her on SB 217, the landmark police-reform law passed in June.
The mention of the California senator — and as of this week, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s running mate — was curious enough, I felt, to warrant a call to Herod about it. Here’s what she told me:
“She called me. … I answered a call where I didn’t know the number, and it was her,” Herod said.
“She said she’d been seeing the news about the bill, that she’d heard about it. I’d also been in conversations with (Cory) Booker and (Michael) Bennet about the bill, and (Joe) Neguse, and she gave me that pep talk about what was important. It was really just about the need to act, and to act now.”

Denver Police Chief Joe Montoya stated in a presser yesterday that *two* guns (along with a can of mace) were recovered at the scene.
One gun was the shooter’s, obviously.

One thing we need to start confronting: we can stop thinking “Well we have all the guns!”, because we now see that the Left has been busy getting armed and trained these last few years.

Doloff had his first advisement hearing Sunday morning. The judge declared the arrest affidavit will be sealed, and the defendant will be held on first degree murder charges without bond.
That should be no surprise...it’s been leftists and anarchists doing the mass shootings these past few years. What is interesting is there have been no major mass shootings since Covid...not counting the on-going every week-end slaughter in Chicago.

Antifa are the shock troops of the Establishment. They have deep connections with State Security. Just look at how they are invulnerable to punishment for their crimes.

No. I agree with an earlier post on this thread that explains that the motion of the case caused blurring of the image giving it the appearance of an unfired cartridge.
