If there isn't,,,, the should be.
She also said "they" (co-presidents) didn't have the public backing and international to attack terrorism...that 9/11 presented Dubya with that "opportunity and obligation". That's how the Dems saw 9/11--as an unfortunate "opportunity" for GWB.
Earth to Hillary: It's called "leadership"...if you want public backing, you have to lead.
Legacy Schmegacy.
"From my perspective, especially as someone who cares about health care for all Americans, [constantly reinventing herself] it's frustrating to have this disconnect all these breakthroughs and medical research. But if we can't deliver the resulting services to people who need them, then we're not improving health care," she said.
The health insurance system, too, came under fire from Clinton, who said that it is "cutting even care that has been proven effective because of cost concerns. We have to take a close look at our health-care insurance system." Clinton predicted that "in 10 years we'll all have a chip that will hold our genetic information, and we can hand them to our doctors and they can tell which disease we have a genetic marker for. The problem is, that chip will make us all uninsurable. [And your evidence for this is ...?] If you have the gene for a predisposition to breast cancer, insurance companies will say, We'll insure you for everything except breast cancer.
''A recent study showed that 57 percent of women who might be carrying this gene refused to have the genetic test because they were afraid if they did they would lose their insurance.''
Clinton also said she was less than thrilled with the recent prescription drug benefit legislation. ''Medicare is at risk because of the recent legislation, which I believe will undermine health care for older Americans over the next 10 years,'' she said. ''Instead of providing a prescription drug benefit, we have a convoluted insurance plan that is understood only by its architects.'' full story
What a joke for Hillary Clinton - nothing more than the spouse of a lifelong government leach - to presume she knows anything about the needs of the typical American woman.

I noticed this paragraph in a front page Washington Post article about Dean's frequent "mis-statements". They're pretty thorough in documenting his mendacity, and then comes this observation:
"To a great extent, the public does not give a damn" about the claims against Dean, said former representative Tony Coelho,...chairman of Al Gore's 2000 campaign. Voters want straight-talking leaders, he said, and former governors such as Dean have "a tendency to say what they think without having everything checked out before they do things."LOL! Dems want a straight-talker, dammit!, whether he's telling the truth or not.
I posted the above before I'd read the Post's blistering editorial on the un-serious Dr.Dean. The establishment is getting rattled...tee hee.
Too Funny!
