Game over... Kerry conceded...
The fact is, the numbers didn't add up, and they didn't add up in a big way... Also, Bush's margin in Ohio was LARGER than Kerry's margin in Pennsylvania... Thus, challenging one would invite a challenge to the other...
This wasn't Florida 2000... The margins were too big...
As Hugh Hewitt says, IF IT AINT CLOSE, THEY CANT CHEAT.

When the number of provisional ballots is less then the number of votes the president got above JF Kerry's votes...
Its pretty much in the bag

Virtually guaranteed that 60-75% of the provisionals are no good.

If the ones in Ohio are like the ones we had in NM 90% of them will be thrown out. They were bogus voters, lazy voters, people who just showed up on election day to voice their opinion without doing what all of us had done the day we turned 18.

I think you can rest easy - he's conceded already. you can't take back a concession speech. Are you kidding? Sure, you can't take back a speech, but you can sure change your mind and give a brand new one - especially if you're John Kerry! Have you forgotten that Gore did just that very thing in 2000, first calling Bush to concede, and then calling back a few hours later to recind the call? lol...

This was on the web this morning, but I doubt anything will come of it.

60-75% toss-outs is way low. In 6 precincts with 4,000 votes we took 200 provisionals. I bet no more than 1-4 of the provisionals are worth anything. These are people who: are in the wrong county, or wrong precinct, or haven't registered, or have come in to try and vote as a proxy for somebody else and can't ID themselves. You name it, they're crap. I bet if you did a study nationwide 5% usable would be a high estimate.

Nothing will come of it. In the first place, contrary to what this article says, there were NO provisional ballots in OH in 2000. This law came into effect in OH in 2002. In the 2002 election, 91% of the provisional ballots were held to be good, but that was a result of OH's protocol for counting them. They aren't really the same provisional ballots that they have in 2004. Finally, believe me when I tell you, the precinct people went through those ballots and got word to Kerry early this morning. The result: they're crap, or they're breaking pretty evenly (or both) or they'd never have conceded.
