Glad to hear it works for you.

I am now off to get prime rib.

Glad it worked for you and that you aren't preaching. It just doesn't work for different body types, though. Even with supplements, eggs,or beans, I am still sluggish and depressed if I don't have red meat or chicken once or twice a week.

And now with this post you also qualify as a pesky-vegetarian. Eat veggies and fart!

I feel that my excessive beer drinking has contributed as well. Something I did not do until I met my fiancee.

heh... Liquor is better and doesn't have you running to the head every 10 minutes. Get used to it. Then die. That's the rule.

I did the same thing basically but not for any moral reasons. I simply needed to spend less at the grocery store. It works well if you pay attention to food combining for complete proteins. I don't do fish. I can't stand the stuff.

Do you run or exercise? I asking because when I experimented with vegitarianism, I quickly lost the stamina to run far and my joints got sore for the first time in my life.

Did anyone catch the fact that he was overweight, and that he claimed his doctor said he was his healthiest patient, hands down?

I think someone has a problem with the truth :)

Judging by all of the labels Vegitarians have for themselves (vegan included) demonstrates that Vegitarianism isn't simply a diet choice, it's a lifestyle.

By the way- who cares if fish feel pain? Scientists have demonstrated that trees and other vegitation demonstrate reactions to negative stimulous (pain) but no one seems to give a rip about that in vegitarianland.

I have some habits and "lifestyle choices" I consider worthwhile as well, but I don't sign up to a forum to tell the world about it. Your post is off-topic and... well, pretty vain. Sorry.
