In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.
Subbie Slip has her whip, handcuffs and legcuffs today.
The rest of the stuff is locked up in my drawer. I’m just letting all the new students know that we behave as if we were ladies and gentlemen in here. Those two words “as if” can get you an A if you make the subbie laugh.
Adjective combining form
Pronunciation: Zoic
Etymology: [Greek] (zoicos) Of or pertaining to animals
1) Animal: having an animal mode of existence: animal life and action.
2) Of or relating to a (specified) geological era.
I guess we could say Hobbes1 is a tigerzoic humanoid. So sorry, Tiger. It was a low fast ball.
You can use any root word for the “zoic.” Just make it sound like we know what we’re writing.
RULES: You must use the WFTD in a sentence for an A. For a + after your “A,” you must bring in a link of the word usage or something funny, a poem or some prose that will elucidate the word for us.

It's a "combos form." You can make it a prefix or a suffix. Like "Zoicdupa was a friend of mine," but then that would make it a noun instead of an adjective. Just play today.
Hey dig me - I'm teaching the teach stuff! A category of women, into which numerous croquettes fall, known by the acronym MILF - Mothers I'd Like to ...you could probably fill in the "F" part. Sadly, and Mrs Dupa warned me about this, there were MICLFs at the playground with their kids last time I took my daughter there. MICLFs aren't rare enough - Mothers I Can't Legally (same "F").
Patton may try to cover up his past with zoic exploits but it is tutu obvious. ;)

I surely am not a materzoic person. There are others in class, yes, but the good Lord kept me singular. And I'm sure He had a reason for that. I'd beat all y'alls into submission. I don't think that's legal any longer.
