Soledad O'Brien was the interviewer. She looked in awe of him. He talked like he knew what we should do, so let's put him in charge. He had all the answers. I would have liked for Soledad to ask him which movie role made him the expert on hurricane relief? Or how many FEMA briefings has he been to know that the help is only one sixth, as he stated, the number we actually we need in NOLA. How does Sean Penn know all this? He is so much smarter than any else down there. He is truly God's gift to humanity. Sheesh!

Go to cnn.com to see the video of Penn requesting that. He also says that they need kayaks to get do more rescues. I do not know how they can get more than one person in a kayak. He has also asked for more civilians to go boating around there. I say let the professionals handle this for now.

The video is on the following cnn web page (4 paragraphs into the article). Penn pretty much said he was the only person doing rescues, and as no surprise, blamed the war. The guy with him, Douglas Brinkly(sp), claimed there are no airlifts going on??
