Who is to say though what our body will be like in the Resurrection? Will it be at the height of our physical strength or at the height of our intellectual capacities and development?

Well let's see Jesus was 33 at the time of His death, so I'd say God is giving us a example of what we'll be like. A perfect age for both mental and physical strength. IMO

And Jesus's resurrected body wasn't confine to the same laws we are...like He went right thru walls and closed doors...and He was still able to eat and drink in His body. He also knew what others were thinking. And the law of gravity had no affect on His body.

Folks that have had NDE's always recognize their dead loved one's when they see them again, and they're all whole and perfect.

And when I have a hard time with something I like to remember this: 1 Cor 13: 12 Now we see things imperfectly as in a poor mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God knows me now.

Sorry. 1st time I saw it I wondered if it would actually give somebody a heart attack. Imagine, I was alone late at night with the lights out. And The Exorcist is the scariest movie on my nightmare list.

It isn't nice, really, but the Lancashire Ghost "video" made me jump too, so I had to retaliate.

Maybe it did look better that way. I just see some stars clustered together, and it doesn't really look like the Goat critter to me. Just a weird coincidence.

In my time on FR, I have referred to my time in the USMC exactly once. It was today. My service was cut short due to seizures. Seizures later found to be related to a mass in my brain.

One quarter of a century after the fact. My service to my country denied because of a medical condition. I never, have never introduced, described myself or pretended to be a "Marine".

I didn't see a ghost but I felt the presance of two, years ago.

I was visiting my Uncle at my Grandma's home in Saskatchewan, Canada shortly after she died.

I slept in the room she used to sleep in.

That's when I felt her presannce as well as that of my Aunt, whoi died a few months before that.

I wasn'r scared, I just felt a sense of security and peace like they were telling me that all i8s well were they were at.
