Wow :o Thanks for the link, LA Woman 3.

Paula Abdul bypasses airport security
shortly before going crazy on the results show

Yeah. The Baltimore Sun’s Sarah Kickler Kelber says Paula should “shut up” and “should have reined it in last night.” PhillyBurbs.com’s Bob Bankard is more direct, saying “Paula is having some issues that Betty Ford needs to look at.” He writes that “it looks like most of America saw her apparently intoxicated act on live TV,” but also suggests she may have been high, writing, “It’s the munchies, baby — it’s all good.”

This may or may not be related to another incident involving Paula that took place earlier yesterday. As TMZ.com just reported, Paula in Las Vegas about to return to LA, and she “was running late for the Southwest Airlines flight, and it went from bad to worse when fans mobbed her as she tried to board the jet.” Then, an “airport skycap breached security by escorting Abdul and a companion to the plane, without going through security.”

Perhaps the biggest news here is that Paula flies Southwest, but as a result, “all the passengers had to be ‘reverse screened’ when they arrived at Burbank,” TMZ reports.

Jonny, LOL! Sometimes I wonder why the AI producers have kept Paula on the show so long. She clearly has--ummmm--issues.

She was also involved in some kind of homeland security flap at the Las Vegas airport. Here's the link: ReviewJournal article

Paula Abdul, a judge on "American Idol," won't get high marks from her fellow airline passengers, and she might be hearing from Homeland Security officials.

According to an Abdul spokesman, the former pop singer and dancer was running late Thursday, trying to make her Southwest flight at McCarran International Airport, when a group of fans mobbed her.

A Southwest representative at the scene whisked her through a back access, bypassing security, and onto the Los Angeles-bound plane.

However, upon arrival in Burbank, it was announced that security had been breached, and no one could leave the plane until the re-screening process was completed.

Abdul, whose six No. 1 hits included "Rush, Rush," was trying to make the flight so she wouldn't miss Thursday's live "Idol" show.

A Southwest representative who was asked to respond did not return a call by deadline.

In January, two employees at the Silverton accused Abdul of having them fired from their graveyard-shift jobs because she says they caused her to miss a flight.

Yep, Ace was on that show "Half & Half" where he met his -- drumroll -- GIRLFRIEND. It seems our ACE is not gay.

Hi, Wolfstar :) It's Paula-gate!

A Southwest representative at the scene whisked her through a back access, bypassing security, and onto the Los Angeles-bound plane.

Wonder why the rep did that? Was Paula carrying something she shouldn't?

Paula-gate, LOL! Maybe they figures she was a danger to the fans who crowded around her because she might mistake them for moths or fortune cookies. Maybe they hustled her out of there so she could be L.A.'s problem instead of theirs.

(PS: Sorry to post the airport story again. Didn't notice you already had posted it. On the other hand, double Paula airport stories probably won't confuse anyone more than she already does.)

Actually, that's exactly what I thought when they mentioned his girlfriend on Good Day L.A. this morning.

Oh my! This is getting more bizzare by the minute. How fun! However, she probably really should seek professional help.

Sorry to post the airport story again.

Don't be sorry--yours had much more information than mine. I'm glad you posted it.

So they're talking about Ace's girlfriend on the news? That seems odd ... Could it be "damage control" maybe?

Seriously! Even though I'm getting a good laugh out of this, it's getting a little scary too.

Good Day L.A. has about as much relationship to the news as a stuffed teddy bear does to a live grizzly. About 80% of the show is celebrity gossip, chats between the three hosts, and other fluff. By the time they throw in weather, traffic and sports, what's left hardly qualifies as news.

Howeer, the station it's on is the local Fox affiliate so they chat about Idol a lot, and even interview the rejects every week.

The bit about Ace came in their chatting about the show. The entertainment reporter mentioned that Ace was on that other show, which is where he met his girlfriend. They supposedly have been together ever since. That would be since 2002, when the short-lived series was on.

True trought. Actually in my opinion ONLY I would like it to be 19 and above. That is not to beliitle those in the group now, but I think that would stop a lot of problems.

Your daughter is very observant. I don't know if she's drinking, because she's not slurring her words.

To me, she's not making any sense when she talks. Add to that her bizarre, childish behavior towards Simon.

Maybe she's on drugs, maybe valium.

Did you think it was strange that Carrie had no conversation with the judges?

Also, did you notice that Ryan asked each of the 4 eliminated, if they wanted to say something to the viewers and the judges, and all 4 of them only thanked America or their families. None of them made any comments to or about the judges.

To me, that stood out. It looked rude to me that they didn't thank the judges. Maybe they know something we don't.

So, what has he done? Does he have a CD?

Yes. He got an independent contract with none other than Clive Davis and his CD is going to hit stores soon: Missing Idol

"Did you think it was strange that Carrie had no conversation with the judges?"

Very strange. She even walked towards the end of the stage, like she used to do as a contestant, presumably as a joke. Some of the other girls were pointing it out. Maybe they were up against the clock and couldn't take it any further comments from the judges. But it seemed awkward.

Also awkward was when Seacrest laughed out loud at one of Carrie's "jokes" at the beginning of her appearance, and the room was silent.

I think it's "damage control."

Remember, Elton John married a female (aka: beard).

G'Ace could be "bi." But B'Ace isn't as funny.

Still, he's pretty much an average singer with Lt. Dan's locks. Lt. Dan sang better and still didn't make the top 3.

Chris, Mr. Tumnus, and Taylor "Gray Charles" Hicks are far better vocalists, and we've even left out the chicks.

McPhee, Lisa T, Paris Butterfly McQueen, and even Gherkin AKA: "Kellie May" are better.
