And now for tonights Dinklemeyer bonus:
This is my least favorite of the Dinklemeyers. Nevertheless, fairness dictates that I run it anyway.
This was the first real story I did, meaning that what happened in the first strip continued over into the next one.
The character of Stephanie was a hot girl whom secretly had a crush on Freddy, but he was completely clueless (although readers would tell me that she really looked more like an alien than hot). It wasnt a bad idea, but it just never went anywhere. She made one other appearance in a future strip, and that was it for her.
In this strip, a lot of people are confused by Freddys dialogue. What it is is that hes so shy and nervous when she tries to talk to him, he mumbles and babbles incoherently. Ou thee = you see.
Stephanie didnt work out, but the strip was still very young at this point. I was toying with ideas and introducing new characters. When you draw a regular cartoon series, its interesting to see how a whole world is created almost by itself. More regular characters will be introduced from here, and in my opinion, the rest of the strip only goes up and up in quality.
Your sketch of the jack-ass is too good! I really get a kick out of that.
Hi there.. just getting ready to leave for evening.. is that a star wars "reference" I note in last panel?
good job PC!
You can sure draw Hitlery! Wow! You are so talented! And I actually like how you got right to the meat of the thing...I hope she continues to make her REAL self known...
Thank you. I understand completely.
Yes, I had drawn earlier pictures of HIllary but none of them were very good. This time I FINALLY got it right!
Yes, that is a Star Wars reference, and it's not the first one:
Although, my earlier HIllary caricaturs were not very good. THis is the first time I got it right.
You are spot-on as to the source of the DNC ideas. They're straight from the pit and they smell like smoke.
Yes, they do.
It's amazing to me that Hillary can get away with comments that would have ended the career of any Republican.
I would also like to thank a certain recently deleted troll for giving me the idea of the phrase "Jew York City."
Nice work. I like the "Right about us, she is" guy.
I like the realistic crazed look!
Yeah, he's a rabbi.
Realistic and chilling.
I love the Bozo The Clown lookin' guy.
I threw that line in for safety. I wanted to make sure the point came across that Hillary is saying terrible things and no one is offended by it.
I like to populate my cartoons with a lot of unique oddball-looking characters. For diversity.
