And now for tonights Dinklemeyer:
This begins a new story: Freddy gets detention. Here we see the bully deciding to steal Freddys book and run to hide it.
Since starting to draw the Dinklemeyers, my drawing had improved greatly, so with this story I was able to put in a more lush and vivid background. It made the overall look a lot fuller and more pleasing to the eye.
Sadly, this story is based on something that happened to me, and it was almost exactly like this
down to the nearest detail.
Still trying to get back into the swing of things, but it's coming along. Nothing else much to say this week.
Except that the archives are on my home page...
Going out to eat. Will be back as soon as I can.
BTW, no American soldiers beating him to death?
Where did you go?
What did I miss?
Man, I wish that story were true!
In this cartoon, I feel that the blank static leaves more to the imagination.
The blank static was an excellent touch.
I originally had another blooper that had him with underwear unwittingly on his head, trying to figure out why his terrorist subordinates were giggling at him. I didn't have time to work on it, though.
I think you did a good job on this one.
So where is everyone? Maybe the images of Zarqawi scared everyone away.
Because I draw so good, they think it's the real thing?
Time for me to clock out.
Freep you when I get home.
Alrighty. Can't wait till a few minutes later!
I take it in the Dunk sequence you were NOT the bully?
great Zar toon.
Thank you friend. It is so good to have you back & if 'attendance' is not high DONT fret.. all the treads are lower in summer.. that is just the way it is.
Appreicate your good work & the ping!
Yeah, I guess it being summer and all, people are actually out doing things instead of FReeping.
