That's my guess. He seems to be EVERYWHERE with her. I find that more than a little weird. Who would want to hang out w/their personal attorney THAT much? Well, I guess they're also best friends or something.
That's possible.If her kid had info that could help his mother's inheritance case it's easy to see why the old guy's family would want him dead.
As I said earlier,people have been murdered for a lot less than a billion dollars.
The Trimspa CEO said last night on Larry King that "Howard" was in the room, I am pretty sure, and that she "called out to him."
Not positive but I was paying pretty close attention.

Sure, but the incentive would definitely be to inherit the money (that hasn't been awarded yet - still wending its way thru federal courts - now in CA) - at present, there is NO money - the award was wiped out.
The Supremes just allowed the claim to be reinstated a few months ago.
But Pierce Marshall has died in the meantime - in June. Perhaps we should look back at his death.

Although I could very well be wrong,I thought the SCOTUS ruling was a big win for her and pretty much guaranteed that she'd wind up with big money...maybe not the whole thing,but serious cash nevertheless.
If I'm correct,then money could certainly be the motive, even if it's only 10...or 20...or 50 million.
