Anna Nicole just delivered a baby girl ( I don't know who the fater is ). But I'm sure that a 1 day-old infant to kill her big brother.
Her half was $474 million - BUT the only other heir, who would've split it with her (but had already had it all awarded to him in TX) is now dead.

I'd be willing to bet that the fact that the other heir (the son of the late husband) is dead doesn't matter a bit.His estate would gain the rights that he would have had while alive.So *his* heirs would now be that dumb gal's opponents in the inheritance fight.

I was always under the impression that Pierce had no heairs, but that story said he was a husband, father and grandfather, so the plot thickens.
I'll keep looking. Pierce's attorney, Rusty Hardin, was mugged a few weeks ago here and had his wallet and some other things stolen - and they just found out yesterday that the gun that was used in that is now linked to a murder. That was just on TV last night.
The last award she got was for $88.5 million, but again, that was contested.
Larry Birkhead is suppose to be the father of the baby girl.
My understanding is that he and Nicole are on the outs with each other. I wonder if Larry Birkhead showed up with Nicole's son when he went to the Bahamas?

On Greta's show last night the guy from TrimSpa said that Howard K Stern and her son were in the hospital room with Nicole. (put everything is kinda fuzzy yet - were they there after visiting hours? - did he die during or after visiting hours? - why would the hospital allow anyone to stay in the room after visiting hours if they were not the father of the baby?)
So this 3rd person is either Howard K Stern or it could be someone that showed up with Nicole's son (possibly Larry Birkhead?)
Under the laws in place in all 50 states,I'll bet that there are very few people who have *no* heirs.Under state laws,an "heir" can be a child,a spouse,a sibling,a parent, and aunt or uncle,etc.
And I'm almost certain that state laws provide for the *state* to be the "heir" when no other "heirs exist or can be located.
If it had happened in Michigan, ol' Jenny Granholm would've hopped on a plane and been at the bedside before the corpse was cold!.

Her attorney, Howard K. Stern (important K there), told her not to disclose the baby's father's name.
The TrimSpa head knows who it is. The rumor has been it was Larry Birkhead, a paparazzo; but there were also rumors that it was Stern.
I don't know! There has been a paternity test, so somebody knows the truth.
Wonder if the baby is a British subject. Anna Nicole had established residence in The Bahamas, but that's only an honorary title as a "citizen" - if you buy property over a certain amount. She couldn't vote there - but what about the baby?
I think the Bahamas became independant from Britain years ago.
