Thanks for that transcript of Dr. Perper with NG from last night. Seemed like Perper's chief point was - no, all these "revelations" have no basis in fact in the cause or manner of death of ANS. I've settled on a conclusion and these (new facts) don't have anything to do with it.

--Methadone - found in Daniel's system at autopsy, said to have been in pill form; found in liquid form (??) in large bottle in ANS's Bahamas home after her death; prescribed to her by Kapoor in L.A. and mailed to Nassau PO Box, picked up by HKS; ANS's usage witnessed by numerous others; also reported by NCollins; large amount found in ANS hotel room at Seminole Hard Rock, as well as a prescription for it, not in her name; drugs in Seminole room have been reported as all being in HKS name, but not confirmed; one bottle of 300 tablets was on Rx wish list faxed to Kapoor from Eroshevich
--Xanax - ANS took in massive quantities, according to former BG; also NCollins; found in Seminole hotel room
--Lexapro - antidepressant found in Daniel's system at autopsy; reports of the amount vary from "non-lethal" by Wecht to "7 times normal" from a variety of sources, including Virgie; drug was also used by ANS, who asked HKS to double the dosage, according to NCollins
--Zoloft - antidepressant found in Daniel's system at autopsy; reports of the amount vary from "non-lethal" by Wecht to "7 times normal" from a variety of sources, including Virgie; a stash of this drug had also been found in Daniel's bookbag in L.A. by Martino, it had been prescribed to a former employee of ANS
--Topamax - HKS mentioned in burial hearing testimony as regular ANS drug, injected - considered anti-seizure medication
--Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) - HKS mentioned in burial hearing testimony as regular ANS drug - narcotic painkiller; wrapper for rectal suppository form of the drug was found in the room where she was staying; four 20-ml bottles of injectable Dilaudid on Rx wish list from KE to SK
--Vicodin - painkiller ANS used, according to close friend Jackie Hatten; also NCollins; found in Seminole hotel room
--Valium - tranquilizer ANS used, according to close friend Jackie Hatten
--Phenergan - anti-nausea drug used by ANS, according to Jackie Hatten; Nathan Collins saw HKS injecting ANS with it
--Morphine - painkiller used by ANS, according to Jackie Hatten
--Demerol - painkiller used by ANS, according to Jackie Hatten; also sent to ANS/VLM in Bahamas by Dr Levy, in pill form
--Carisoprodol (Soma) - muscle relaxant, a tablet of which was found in the ANS hospital room bed where Stern had slept the preceding few hours, along with a tablet of methadone; HKS claims Daniel slept in that bed, too, but nurses never saw him in it; People Mag says "Smith" had a prescription for this - but they don't say which Smith, ANS or Daniel; two bottles (180 tablets) of Soma were on Rx wish list faxed to Kapoor from Eroshevich
--Benadryl - antihistamine found in Daniel's system at autopsy
--Pseudoephedrine (sudafed) - cold medicine found in Daniel's system at autopsy
--Ambien -- a sleeping pill found in Daniel's system at autopsy
--Unknown 7th drug - trace amounts of another unidentified substance found in Daniel's system at autopsy
--Provigil - controls involuntary sleeping; also abused as a stimulant; side effects include anxiety - found in ANS Seminole hotel room
--Dalmane - sleeping pill - pill form sent to ANS/VLM in Bahamas by Dr Levy; one bottle of Dalmane was also on the Rx wish list faxed to Kapoor from Eroshevich
--Amitriptyline - brand name Elavil - antidepressant - another of the drugs found in Daniel's system at autopsy
--Vitamin B-12 - seen in small bedroom fridge of ANS's in Horizons after her death; injectable; sent in prescription amounts to ANS/VLM on 8-8-06 by Dr Levy
--Vitamin B-complex - sent in prescription amounts to ANS/VLM on 8-8-06 by Dr Levy
--Vitamin Gama - sent in prescription amounts to ANS/VLM on 8-8-06 by Dr Levy
--Lorazepam Intensol (Ativan) - antianxiety drug; 2 bottles of this in oral concentrate were on Rx wish list faxed to Kapoor from Eroshevich
--Prexige (lumiracoxib) - a COX-2 inhibitor for the relief of pain and inflammation; one bottle of this was on Rx wish list faxed to Kapoor from Eroshevich
--Robaxin (Methocarbamol) - a muscle relaxant; mentioned on ET 3-16-07 as being in a long faxed memo from KE
--Cipro - antibiotic effective against a broad range of bacteria; mentioned on ET 3-16-07 as being in a long faxed memo from KE

FWIW, all of the segments in the Case Name List I posted the other day are updated constantly as I get new info. I will post all the revised whenever someone needs it.

I know I don't have *everything* because I miss some things without video online or having cable - but it also gives me more time to do the further research I prefer to do, without wasting it watching all that. I have not yet indexed through all my transcript files, so that remains, also.

Exactly right. Looks like Larry may be caving under the constant influence of Stern and his attorneys or other "friends"....despite Larry's denials of that happening. I can imagine when a person is contantly being baraged by calls, emails, or whatever means it can get inside a person's head. Larry may be being convinced that if they let it go all through the courts, it is going to take a really long time to get the paternity of the baby decided....so, come on, Larry, let's you and me settle it. We share custody....you have her most of the time....I get to handle her trust fund, estate (or maybe Milstein is Stern's "partner" in that "work")...and I get all control of Anna's name, estate, etc.

This being said - I had liked Opri being by Larry's side...but I did not think she had been successful for him so far. She lost every court effort so far.

But she is very correct that LB needs a GOOD US attorney - I just don't know how Larry can afford it. He certainly doesn't have the deep (ANS lined) pockets of Stern....which may be another persuasive factor in the Opri firing.

That bottle of methadone in the bedroom fridge still has me puzzled, because it's almost always referred to as being liquid, yet there is that order for the exact same size bottle, full of tablets/pills.

I'm really thinking there are pills in there, not liquid, but I can't confirm that - and we don't know if it had been opened or how much was left in it - just that it had Michelle Chase or M. Chase on the name, which matches the Kapoor order that we know about (even tho it allegedly wasn't filled).

OTOH, it does seem like it would be liquid, being kept in the fridge. Or maybe that was just to keep them fresh, if pills. Or hide them.

Wecht, who ordered drug and chemical analyses that could take weeks, said he learned about the prescription medication after the autopsy from Daniel Smith's psychiatrist in the United States. The depression apparently "had to do with a girlfriend," he said.


Is this psychaitrist KE? If so, she talked with Wecht, Daniel's ME on his death and then again with Perper yesterday on ANS' death.

Thinking about Perper's questions about an alcohol swab. ANS symptoms sound a lot like septicemia, not the flu. Addicts using dirty needles can contract the blood poisoning. Without quick treatment, she'd be a goner. Some septicemia symptoms are fever (sudden onset, often spiking), chills, toxic looking, cyanotic (blue), unresponsive, petechiae (pinpoint rash-like). So, Perper's looking at an unintentional death scenario. I think the various police depts are looking into the doctors for their script-writing, but not at homocide. Murder is apparently evident only to us Freepers.

Lorazepam (Ativan)- Drug with no taste or color. Could be given without person knowing it. Particularly in combo with alcohol... lethal.

Yes. i saw that. But is this drug undetectable in the drug stream when an autopsy is performed like botulinum toxin and some others are?

Interesting about that fax to Kapoor for the drugs, came out today, right after KE's interview on ET yesterday. Great timing to take heat off Kapoor, and show up KE. Seems like it had to have been leaked by the person who received it.

And what about that RX pad found at Horizons, could it be one of KE's?

We don't know, because no one has named who the Hard Rock house doctor was and we haven't seen the whole list of the toxicology results from the autopsy yet. There are said to be at least 12 drugs that were in her system.

We just have some leaks about what was found in the room, but not in her body.

I have been watching for every clue possible as to whether KE treated Daniel or not and have not come to that conclusion.

No there were no needles around indicating botox injections that we know of. However, the botox needles are very very small. About a half inch long. Howie could've had them in his pockets and disposed of them in the ocean.

Or the botox could've been done along with the collagen lip injections before they arrived in the Bahamas.

But the botulinum toxin could've been given in her drink in the Bahamas. It's tasteless, odorless, and undetectable in the body. The perfect poison.

But I have no evidence that they had any botulinum toxin so that's what i'm looking for.

Yes, this theory is way out there, but i'm still hanging on.

It's the new "quick response" to the slowness of getting liquids/pills into the system. It seems like the REAL time that she was last seen alive is when Taz and Howard went to breakfast.....and KE had SUPPOSEDLY left.

Well, yes, I like facts too. I just think we have enough facts so far to be forming some pretty solid judgements/opinions. Yes, a juror would need to see all the evidence. So glad you have that eyeview.

There will no doubt be some surprises as this goes forward....and I am with several here who are about worn out with the continual delays and with the continual lies (that have been documented here) and with what appears to be successive losses for the cause of truth and justice....in the court cases.

And I said I wasn't claiming a conspiracy here....I hate that word. It is a "gotcha" word that was used during the Clinton years - which continue to today. (Remember, VRWC?)

Actually every day brings more information to light that makes any other position - than to think Stern "conspired" with others to commit crimes in this saga - untenable.

Perper was in particular asking about alcohol swabs. I don't know exactly what that was about but given that the "looking at the mouth" thing came out i found it interesting because someone on tv mentioned he was looking at an area of the body that he hadn't looked at as an an injection site yet.

Now about your nebulizer theory, is that stuff undetectable at autopsy? If so, you may be onto something.

WRT KE, what would her motive be to kill Anna? We already know what HKS's were?
