Having lived in many places, different jobs, diverse work colleagues, children, friends of children, neighbors etc., I have learned that there is no such entity as a “normal” family. Unless you live in an isolated community comprised of a few relatives and neighbors, it seems rather unusual that you would not have either read about, seen documentaries or been aware of a family similar to the Hogans. There seems not to be rampant drug abuse and crime within this extended, multi-spousal family, just the average amount of hurt feelings, sibling separation and dark secrets. What is unusual is the celebrity of one member. Her death, her son’s death and what followed has affected thousands of strangers. That’s not normal.

That piece of ‘incest’ viciousness was dispelled long ago. Virgie married the father of her child. Their divorced parents paired off - I am not sure whose mother married whose father. Several FReepers described similar stories of friends and/or family members.

What made you say that re: Ans - what a mess she was - in that movie about how Anna met Larry? I didn't see it. And, yes, she certainly was a total mess.

Arizona Carolyn thinks it’s Virgie’s responsibility to fight for Daniel’s inquest, but not Virgie’s right to ask for shared guardianship of DL’s trust?
Be reminded that Dannielynn’s claim to the Marshall estate is because of ANNA’s and Daniel’s deaths, not because LARRY is Dannielyn’s daddy.

Donna Hogan probably knows less about ANS than we do!! She met ANS once at a book signing! That is the extent of her contact with ANS. Vergie NEVER met Donna Hogan or any of Hogan’s children that were born after she divorced Anna’s father. What exactly about that, is so hard for you to understand??

Yes, agreed. Only Virgie still cares about justice for her child/grandchild. And, yes, she will be there for the inquest come hell or high water. God bless her for that. I have zero faith that the Bahamian court system will finally do its duty and carry through on the Daniel inquest as it should have been done MONTHS ago. But miracles do happen.
