Right - agreed - goal was to keep ANS so drugged up after Daniel’s death (and to justify it because of her “depression”) that she had no chance whatsoever to be lucid enough to go for HELP re: her son’s death....or to let her accusing voice against Stern be heard outside the Horizons (even though it WAS HEARD at the funeral of Daniel). I think the fake marriage ceremony that he and KE “talked Anna into doing” - finally - (while she was drugged up) - was purely devised to claim HKS was Anna’s “husband” both for money purposes and for the purposes of escaping consideration by the police as chief suspect.
Several here had suggested Larry needed to hire a bodyguard for Dannielynn - I did - so am glad he has.

I think the point she’s trying to make is that because the money would come from the maternal line then someone in that family should be able to keep an eye on it.
Hey there - glad to read your report and that you survived your surgery today. Glad you can even post. Glad not in pain. Yes you can’t lift anything either (much) after dental surgery. I found that out. Sort of silly but that’s what they told me.
OH, but any money that Dannielynn gets is “Larry’s money”, dont’cha know??? /sarc He is putting HIS own money in a trust for Dannielynn, so HE should be able to do with it as he pleases!! At least that’s how some here see it!! Makes no sense to me! Especially when one person made a point of saying that a certain heir’s lawyers’ stole money from her trust, but that person doesn’t think that Dannielynn should have a trust (with a safeguard of more than one trustee) in place because ‘Vergie has NO RIGHT to tell Larry how to spend HIS money’! LOL!! I thought it was Dannielynn’s money...Silly Me!

Kcw, Does it sometimes feel like we are discussing an episode of “LOST” where we assign motives, psychoanalysis, who’s evil, who is less perfect, etc.,?
LOST is fantasy, but this drama involves real loss of lives, a real grandmother, a real father and assorted relatives & in-laws(or outlaws) who may or may not be grieving for the dead. Sobering to realize that when it’s over or not over - whichever comes first we’ll just carry on.

The movie last night on ET.... showing her meeting Larry at the Pre-Derby party... squeezing the cheeks of his butt and she had just met him... kept trying to grab and hang on him.
Larry deposted 1.7 million in a trust fund for Danielynn.... let me ask you: You think Vergie should have say over that 1.7 million dollars say 15 - 20 years from now?
You’re right, but it wasn’t your opinion that was mean-spirited, it was your tone, and it wasn’t just towards me, it was towards almost everyone, except a couple of posters who agreed with your opinion completely with expressing any opinion of their own.
Trish that was a huge stretch.... especially when the odds of the money ever materializing from that source is nill ...and it doesn’t sound (to me) like Virgie is drawing any distinction between money Larry puts into trust for her and money that “may” come from ANS lawsuit.

You are correct - I believe the Marshall family will prevail. However, because the lawsuit is still in play - DL should have maternal and paternal representatives.

NO - Larry would have been required to name himself and/or another party as trustee.
