Thread Number 3
That would be the 9th?? Why would KE even say anything about Anna’s will?? And why the hell would KE be changing her will between Danny’s death and Anna’s death??
Now, its Larrys turn.
After enduring months of watching Howard K. Stern sell the rights to his story, Anna Nicole Smiths story and licensing footage to Paramount TV for millions of dollars, Larry Birkhead is ready to reap the rewards of paternity.
Sources tell me that Larry cut a high six-figure deal with NBC for the exclusive access to his success story. The deal, they say, was cut by his former attorney, Debra Opri, back around the time of Smiths funeral.
Its in the high six figures, says my source. Its enough to cover the money Debra Opri says he owes her, with plenty left over.
Opri is suing Birkhead for $620,000 in legal fees. The case is now in arbitration.

Im told the deal was actually cut through NBCs Bravo channel for documentaries about Birkhead.
The way its been explained is this: Everything Birkhead does for Access will be repurposed for Bravo. And it was Access Hollywood executive producer Rob Silverstein who delivered Birkhead to NBCs Today show for an exclusive interview with Meredith Vieira. That appearance was also covered by the Bravo deal.
When I found him yesterday on the Access soundstage, Silverstein would only say, Ive never seen a story where so many hands are out.
He pointed to Virgie Arthur, Smiths mother, as another example of someone who wanted money for interviews (she got it, for a while, from ABC).
Of course, Birkheads fee is nothing compared to the money sources say Stern has made off the death of Anna Nicole Smith. That figure, my sources report, is now as high as $4 million. This column reported that Stern and Smith had made a deal with Paramount TV back before her baby was born. Then, when the baby arrived and Smiths son died, Entertainment Tonight and The Insider began their long exclusive arrangement with Stern.
Sources also insist that Paramount Television paid for Smiths lavish Bahamas funeral. They put $300,000 into Dannielynns account, an insider insists. Thats how they bought their access.
But now that Stern is old news, and no longer of interest, ET and The Insider are out of the picture. Since the DNA test results revealed that Birkhead is the father, the Paramount shows no longer have access to the story. The Insider has become The Outsider. On the last couple of shows, their reporter on the ground in the Bahamas has been relegated to using public information to look exclusive.
Birkhead will need all the money he can lay his hands on once he takes custody of baby Dannielynn. Although hes billed as a photographer, its unclear what kind of career the 34-year-old really had in that arena other than taking pictures of Smith. A few years ago he called himself a celebrity journalist, and wound up in a lawsuit with USA Today over a story about Sharon Stone.
And here to parody ET is some breaking news you can only find in the FOX 411: Birkhead is said to be in the middle of negotiations for a million-dollar photo shoot of himself and the baby with a celebrity weekly. The suspects: Us Weekly, Star, OK!, Hello!, Life & Style, In Touch Weekly. Why not? Hes going to be buying a lot of diapers soon.
Birkhead did have another career in mind before he met Smith. According to public records, he got a Kentucky real-estate license in 1993. But the license, according to the same records, expired on March 31, 2007.
If Birkhead moves back to Kentucky, he would probably be the best known real-estate agent in the state, which is a good thing, since he wouldnt be able to touch most of baby Dannielynns inherited multi-million-dollar estate.
I can just picture Howard sending the "I Hate Mommie" video to the local station everytime the baby came to visit.
Actually, I hope they give Virgie some kind of an order of protection to keep Howard away from Virgie when she's got the baby in her care.
By the end of this weekend I want to hear the THUD of Bon Bon hitting the floor!!
I think Howard’s ears should have perked up a little bit when Donald Trump said he didn’t like him. Trump knows OQ. If you had a hand Mr. Trump, thank you. OQ..Thank You!!
KE told us she was fine that night and also on the morning when she died. Wonder what time those calls were...AND IT'S VERY, VERY IMPORTANT. Did she call Howard like she said or did Howard call her??? We'll see. I hope they reopen the Florida Case as soon as the custody order goes out.
No..that THUD is only for us..hehhe..and she better not try to poison him with that devil chocolate of hers.
He cannot claim it as Executor, because the will has not been Probated and validated and it wasn't a friggin' gift.
He cannot claim it as Dannie Lynn's father, because his claim was fraudulent (He Lied).
He can't claim it as a tenant because he's not on any of the paperwork for the house.
Howard's a jerk who has lied his way through this whole thing and some where along the line, TWO PEOPLE DIED, that let all those hats work for him.
Ohhhh...Again...Very Shakespeare!!
I believe an order would be filed. Find the order for Dannie Lynn and it is likely attached.
Ron Rale spoke with Anna while she was in Florida too.

Anna Nicole Smith’s last, lonely days in a Florida hotel suite were marked by illness, depression over her son’s death, and separation from her infant daughter. Still, the former Playboy Playmate “sounded good” and showed no signs she was abusing drugs again, her lawyer and friend told TODAY.
“I don’t know if she was taking any kind of medication. I do know that I spoke with her the last couple of days and she was fine,” Los Angeles-based attorney Ron Rale told TODAY host Matt Lauer on Friday. “She sounded clear. She hadn’t been feeling well. She had a fever the last couple of days and I know they were icing her down.”
New wrinkle: HKS wants a greater role in the transitional process. He wants to decide how quickly it happens.
MB thinks that the parties have agreed to it, or they wouldn't have an agreement. But, he says, we will wait to see what the court says about it.
Everybody knows that an agreement from HKS is as good as nothing. They have to have a way to shoehorn him out.
oh HE doesnt want. well when is the court gonna see that Howie needs to act like a grown up and sit dn and shut up and give Larry his daughter and pack his suitcases and go live with mommy and daddy...i so dont like that man.
