Exactly, can’t the people on here see this. Uggh. I’m disgusted with her. Virgie is definitely the cause of the delay. Tony Potts who talks with LB often was on MSNBC and said that Virgie is cooking her own goose in regards to him. Virgie should just be a grandmother and nothing more. Larry shouldn’t have to negotiate with her too.
She is demanding equal custody.. this is why Larry got angry yesterday for the first time and said “why does she think she deserves equal custody when Dannielynn has a father capable and willing to allow her to be the grandmother, I guess MY parents are going to have to file for equal custody, too...” What Virgie is doing is a slap in the face to this child’s father and not condusive for a good relationship going forward... which makes me believe it IS about money.
that part makes sense, as long as he is not involved in any of the custody business except to turn Dannielynn over to Larry...
That man gives me a headache
I didn’t see TOny on MSNBC, saw an interview with him last night and he said he and Larry have become pretty good friends — and as a result he is very careful what he reveals that Larry has told him — but Larry is getting very irritated at Virgie’s shenanigans when he has said repeatedly he wanted her to play Grandmother with all that entails...
It IS totally about that damn phantom money!!
And why is that? Because HKS led the press along to believe an outcome today, that he had no intention of seeing happen. Now all the reporters are surprised, because they thought there was a deal.

Tony Potts was on MSNBC about an hour ago. It was clear that Larry is dejected and getting angry.
I know I sound like a broken record, but I think Larry needs to call Debra Opri...he needs her toughness now to deal with HKS. Stern cannot be trusted, and I don’t see why he is even involved with anything to do with DannieLynn. He essentially aided and abetted ANS in stealing this baby from her real father, and the Bahamian Courts should lock him up for all the ‘appearances of improprieties’ he has been involved in since he arrived in the Bahamas.
Didnt it say some place that unless a parent was declared unfit, then a grandparent could step up? They have not proven Larry unfit, so the judge sould just say, Larry is the dad, vergie be a gramma.
I guess nothing in this ANS story has gone smoothly, so why should this be any different IMO
I don’t blame him, not one bit.... by putting up roadblocks Virgie is causing herself a lot of grief down the line.
He needs toughness to deal with HKS and Virgie now.

If she is demanding equal custody, then she is an idiot. Period. Let the man get his child you dumba&& and THEN push for grandparents visitation if he doesn’t let you see her. But don’t piss him off for crying out loud!!
I hope her Bahamian attorney’s aren’t leading her wrong.
No in the Bahamas... in the Bahamas they actually give the female — even a female grandparent preference in custody matters. Virgie gets custody OQ gets to probate ANS will in Texas and Virgie get the $$$$
