With all the drugs Anna Nicole took while pregnant its a wonder the kid will have a normal brain cell. Birkhead may have to spend a bunch of money on tests and treatment for the kid.
Everyone in the sordid tale is a slimeball. It’s all about the money; the baby is meaningless to these steaming piles. She was born — likely drug-addicted — to an unfit & unwed mother, and will have a tough row to hoe in life with this gang of pimps raising her.
Now that it is confirmed that she/they ran to the Bahamas to deny this man his parental rights I am appalled.

Love that graphic! Funniest comment I’ve heard on this was from the “What Would Tyler Durden Do?” blog, when a CSI team had been sent to examine Anna Nicole’s house in Nassau. They said that when the CSIs turn on that light that makes semen stains glow, you’ll be able to see her bedroom from space.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but plenty of greed all around. Plus, honestly, I bet ANS estate is worth very little when everything settles. I don't think that Stern is covering up murders, but instead a fairly significant shell game.

Wrong. The estate of Marshall was settled over 6 months ago. She is entitled to nothing. Mr Marshalls’s son is the heir who inherited all the money. A jury decided that. The only money the baby may get is from the “Anna Nicole Show” and other endorsement contracts minus all legal fees. I’m sure Howard K Stern will put a bill in for a few million for being “on retainer” for all these years.
This wouldn’t happen if they’d just teach creationism in schools!
You better check again; she went to the Supreme Court who ordered another trial.
I do think Stern is slimy enough to get Birkhead to sign something unknowingly that will give Stern total control of that baby’s $$$$.

The Supreme Court gave it back to the 9th District Court. The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction in probate matters. The jury trial verdict is the precedent that the court of appeals must use for any other rulings. The jury gave ANS none of the Marshall estate.
NO, he is her lawyer boyfriend who has represented her for years.......the OTHER stern is a radio shock jock and not related.
