The will does not mention anyone but Daniel, and he’s unfortunately very dead. In fact, it specifically excluded any unborn children in ANS’s future...which seems a strange thing to put into a will. Since the will is not applicable, CA law will determine how much Danilyn will get.

I thought it strange too until someone explained it to me. If you are rich and famous sometimes after you die “children” come out of the woodwork claiming that you were their real parent. This probably was to protect any large sum of money she had from these types of claims.
The baby should have been added to the will right after she was born but with Daniel’s death and Anna so drugged up I’m sure Stern was hoping that little chore would be forgotten.
