He was 3rd in points going into the race but I didn’t see where he finished nor was he in the top 6 in point at the end...

Yes, next two weeks are going to rough.

Let's get this damn Super Bowl out of the way. Getting closer. For what it's worth, I think the Pats will crush the Gonads.

There's a football game on today? :)

Son in law's family will have a big bash for the game. Not really that interested in the game, but may go out there and eat, don't want to be antisocial ya know?

Thanks Pete. As I have said before, he is from Eureka and I sponsored him through 5hp Go Carts to full size stock cars here. He won several local championships before winning the first Allan Kulwicki scholarship to Engineering school at U of North Carolina.

His folks sold out here and moved back to Mooresville and his dad works for Humpy Wheeler. But y’all knew that because I’ve told you that a dozen times...

Yea, I like that pic.

Just getting the stuff ready to take over to the neighbor's house for the game....

Missed the commercial, hopefully see it during the game (I hope it's a game...!)

Two week forecast for Daytona, has rain for both Saturday and Sunday.

I know you don't need any more rain out your way, but can you hold the fronts up just a tad?

I’m sending you a 2 week supply of rain gear you can fold up and put in your pocket. Can you wear the 55 gallon size or do I send the jumbo refrigerator size?

55 gallon is just fine. I don’t even mind getting wet IF it’s not cold. Don’t deal with cold very well and that’s anything below 60, actually below 70.

Did they have PAPER back then?
Old printing presses with wooden type I bet.

I am going thru horrible withdrawal symptoms. Stuck here in AUSTIN TX. Eighty degrees today and not very comfy.
Lots of snow at home...I miss my snoblower!!

No PS3 to play with...The Stooper Bowl was the most fun I’ve had in a week.

Go 24!!! This is the year to go ALL the way!!

I had no horse in yesterdays Super Bowl but it was the best one I have seen in years. Very few turn overs or penalties and the teams were well matched. I remember many years when the playoff games were better than the SB.

I didn’t watch many commercials as I flipped to the Animal channel to watch the Puppy Bowl. It was a great diversion even though it was several years old. Are you in Austin on business or are you appearing in "Austin City Limits"..

BTW... my truck stalled in front of the Nascar store this morning and it would not start until I bought 2 JJ caps and tried on a jacket. The jacket was to large...

That’s humongous! When the Silver Bridge in Gallipolis, Ohio fell, people said they seen fish as big as cars in the river. Guess this was one of them. I sent the picture to my husband. He’ll love it.
