**Ladies and Gentlemen...it's the FR College Football 2007-08 Bowl Games Thread**

Posted on 12/19/2007 1:19:19 PM PST by GOP_Raider

It's the most wonderful time of the year...With my Utes winning bowl games and BYU losing so I'll be of good cheer...it's the most wonderful time of the year...

--Ow! Tomatoes hurt you know. Sheesh...

During the regular season, I would normally do my fancy and mildly humorous graphical elements and those of you who would like me to feature their school's games, I would oblige. However, since we've got miles to go before we sleep, I'll re-ping the list as we go along and include said graphics. Sound like a deal? Excellent.

Tomorrow the fun will begin. (For me, at least). :)

It looks like Michigan watched a lot of the Georgia-Florida film -— Georgia pressured Tebow up the middle all day and totally dominated him and Michigan is now doing the same thing.

Michigan just showed everyone how to defense Tebow, he is nothing when he has to make quick decisions under pressure. The kid is a great running back who can throw as long as he doesn’t have to think. Next year Tebow will have NOWHERE near the stats he had this year, and will be lucky to make it as a FB in the NFL.

Yep, the Heisman Jinx strikes yet again.

Please, don’t let Tebow win the Heisman next year. I want to win the bowl game.

And please Urban, find some players who know how to play defense.

But remember this was Tebow’s second year. Like UConn, Florida should consider this a learning moment for the returning players. Plus also Florida should not had done that dance in the middle of the field. That got Michigan really hot and they showed Florida a lesson or two in humility. Michigan had to pratice it for the last few years. At least for Carr, he can go out with his head held up high adding the seniors. :)

Well, join the club, dfwgator, of teams that should have won bowl games but did not, for me, UConn Huskies this past Saturday, for your Gators, today. Oh well.

This bowl game could be a preview of the upcoming bowl championship, with OSU vs. LSU. OSU could pull a suprise victory also against the Tigers.

Florida should consider this a learning moment for the returning players.

A lot of those defensive players don't deserve to return. They should walk back home to Gainesville and pack their things after their disgraceful performance.

If UM/UF is any indication of how the BCS title game goes, shock may be my reaction.
No way did I think 975 yards of offense, or that UM would have 575 of them!
Anyone watch the hockey! That was fun to watch!

And let us see the ass kicking off Illinois commence. Of course, one wonders why the hell Illinois is in the game in the first place, but hey, tradition.

Yea for tradition.

Yea.

Sigh....

Why should the gators have won? Michigan totally outplayed them. If Michigan hadn’t turned the ball over four times it would have been a rout.

Well thank the crazy college football season we had for why the Rose Bowl has this crazy mismatch.
