True, but the process does work for a small percentage of people. I volunteered at one and some people do change albeit a small minority.

When I think of "poorly chosen words", I think of being misunderstood because I didn't choose words that adequately expressed what I was trying to say. Perhaps we should ask her what better chosen words she could have used to more clearly make her point.
