I'd have thought that they would be after his delegate credentials. Maybe if it happened on a Monday or Tuesday. Code Pink must have one attractive operative in their group for such things.

$65,000 walking around money? Don’t think so.

OK...I haven't read any of the responses but here it goes....
What,in God's name,is this clown doing bringing $120K-worth of "stuff" to a political convention?????

Why did this male lawyer have earrings on him at the Convention?
Where was his wife?
...and when is his divorce being announced?
Cheers!

While that’s a lot of valuables lost (earring? on a Republican man?) if it were me, I’d have taken my lumps, figure I got rolled and never have filed a police report. My reputation would be worth more than that, and those items can be replaced, my reputation can’t.

Apparently he’s single with a cash flow. But that’s some expensive stuff to be traveling around with.

OK, why would someone take even $50,000 to the convention. I can’t imagine taking that much with me on a trip anywhere.

Probably a designer watch like Patek Phillipe. We are talking watches that are essentially high end jewelry that just happens to be a watch.

Did he buy the girl the stuff prior to getting to the hotel room? Probably thought he should get some payback after laying out that much dough.
