The only significant roadblocks left for Alabama is the game at LSU on November 8, 2008. I don't see Tennessee as a good team this year, and since the Iron Bowl game is at Tuscaloosa this year, I doubt that Auburn can win this rivalry game.

The polls are silly, especially this early in the year.
Regular season polls are misleading at best because they are based on preseason polls. Ranking teams before they've played is ludicrous.

The FWIW #1 team is getting College GameDay this Saturday! Vandy's on the national scene!
