Tonight is Game 5 of the World Series and the Philadelphia Phillies have a 3-1 lead on the Tamba Bay Rays. I am praying for the Phillies to win tonight and close out the series BEFORE a game 6 is played.
Why?
Because Obama has already bought time for a 30 minute Infomercial to be played prior to Game 6 on the 29th. He even arranged for the game to be put back 30 minutes on the starting game time. But, if the series is over, then he loses the venue of all those viewers and more BS is not put on prime time television.
Prayers all around for tonight! GO PHILLIES!
Ahem...Roll Tide.
:-)
IF....we beat Florida, Kentucky and Auburn (all on the road), I expect to see you boys in Atlanta where we will beat such hell out of each other, the wimpy "Nittery" Lions will sneak in the backdoor.
Well, if the series is over, then FOX will have extra time they can sell McCain cheap after Obama for a rebuttal.
This is a joke right?
Yeah if they win while in Philly, maybe they will riot and burn down the city and there will only be the dead vote for HObama.
I like sports as well as all of you but those prayers ought to be directed toward a Muslim/communist defeat on 11-4. This is why we have this undocumented running for prez because the sports & six-pack were more meaningful than liberty.

I can’t believe FOX agreed to this.
I live and die with the Red Sox, and congratulate the Rays in their victory - a classy young team with a bright future ahead of them.
Having said that....
GO Phillies!
Rain delay, is there a live thread on this? I’ll look for it.
