O.J. Simpson is sentenced 15 years.
OJ’s sentence was exactly the same as the man who was tried with him.
I heard the judge say he was eligible for parole in 5....but he received the max on nearly every count.
Possible parole after 5 years. Stuart got the same sentence.
Good. Better than nothing. Let him live out his life behind bars.
He is eligible for Parole after 5.
Good. I hope he rots through his remaining days there.
He’ll screw this up and be in prison for many years.
You know, considering what he got away with the first time he really must have wanted to go to jail ...
I hope OJ enjoys prison-sex life.
Not exactly justice for OJ, but they couldn’t hang him, so this will have to do.
And he’ll probably serve every year of it. So long, OJ. Finally.
watch bush pardon him
OJ shouldn’t worry. President Zero will pardon his guilty a@@.
According to an attorney they are interviewing they will be eliglible for parole after 7 1/2 years.
With the consecutive terms imposed, I counted 17 minimum
Wonder if anyone will riot over this?
Legal expert (didn’t get the name) on KNX Radio here in L.A. is saying he’ll serve at least 12-15 years before any chance of parole.
20 years too late.
He actually is not going to be eligible for parole for about 10
Now the SCOTUS can make their ruling on the birth certificate issue and it will be quickly buried under the avalanche of OJ news.
You may be right, 15 is what they are reporting.
Maybe the man who really killed Nicole has been in prison and this will give O.J. the chance to find him!
Link at Drudge says 15 year min.
Wonder if anyone will riot over this?
Never know..Free Couches and TV’s might be running down the street..
But WHO is gonna continue the search for the REAL killer of Nicole???? This SO unfair!!! /sarcasm
I suppose the Juice is no longer ‘on the loose’???????
I think the actual minimum is 6.5 years. Some charges were 15 years with parole possible after 5 years. But there were other charges that ran consecutively for which he must serve another 18 mo. before being eligible for parole. That’s how I heard it anyway.
He’s 61 now, so that *could* end up being a life sentence.
“Possible parole after 5 years. Stuart got the same sentence”.
I heard Simpson get 2 (concurrent) 15 year terms while Stewart only got one. That means he sits for parole separately on each 15 year count. (I suspect Stewart has a much better shot at early parole). Also, I think some of the consecutive terms added on may extend his time before sitting for parole for 1-2 years beyond the 5 year minimum.
Maybe a lawyer out there can clarify this better.
Keep an eye out for Looter Guy!
To that group of college students who jumped and cheered when he got away with murder....HA/HA
But only if he gets a cut of the autograph revenues.
If that’s the case, OJ must think he’s not in prison, but rather playing golf, as that seems to be where he spent most of his time looking for him.
Free at last...
OH my God free at last
What a friggen smug piece of shit OJ pretented to be... I hope he felt as smug when he slayed 2 humans..
Just shock here no huge results for the Goldmans
I wish them peace through justice....
Goldmans hope and peace I wish this for you both this 2008 SEASON
sCREW THE oj MAY HE ROT IN SWARM
He is NOT eligible for parole after 5 years. He got two additional enhancers that are 18 months to 72 months EACH. They are to be aerved CONSECUTIVELY so each counts does not start until OJ had served the first chagre. So after he is a good bitch in prison for his minimum 5 years, he gets parole but THEN has to START serving the 1st enhancer. When he has served the minimum 18 months for that, he starts serving the 2nd enhancer.
Saw it on TV and best part was seeing the Goldman family in court watching the judge give them a little justice, although years too late.
now drudge has the siren and the sentence in red letters
Man, that’s gonna put a crimp in his golf game.
Sometimes the wheels of justice turn a little slower than we’d like.
