First, Donofrio admits that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Second, he tortures the law and the Constitution to come up with the twisted interpretation that Obama wasn't a Naturally born citizen because Obama's FATHER was a British subject.
Third, if the Supreme Court HAD taken the case, then MILLIONS of people born inside the US with one or both parents not being US citizens would no longer be considered US citizens.
The Supreme Court isn't going to waste it's time on such stupidity.
Now, when someone actually appeals to the Supreme Court and questions the LOCATION of Obama's birth, THEN I believe the Supreme Court will hear it.

In order to obtain a U.S. Passport, you must provide proof of citizenship, normally in the form of a notarized copy of your birth certificate or a copy of your naturalization paperwork. To be a commissioned officer in the U.S. Armed Forces, you MUST be an American Citizen which requires one to show proof. The oath of office, whether it be for President or a member of the Armed Forces, includes the phrase “support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic...” I suppose that SCOTUS’s impotence means that we can burn the Constitution since it’s been spat upon, and reform this country into the image and likeness of BarBam.

If the SCOTUS refuses to hear the case, it is more likely because Obama is a kook, but possibly a very influential kook, who they wouldn’t be able to remove from power even if they did hear the case.
