ATT Uverse? Any Good?

I thought about U-Verse, but once the intro offer expires, it's the same price, roughly as DISH. I have had DISH for a long time, and the service has always been very good. I see no reason to drop DISH for an intro offer.

If someone offered a la carte programming, I'd sign up in a minute.

What is the Verizon fios tv image like? We have dish too and so many sports packages that we haven’t made the switch. We use fast fios for Internet. If only Verizon had access to all the weird non local teams my guys follow.

I can’t say what Verizon’s TV image quality is like, since they don’t do business in my area.

Bumping this thread because I am considering getting U Verse.

- How does it compare to Insight/Time-Warner-Cable?
- Is the VoIP phone service compatible with Vector Home Alarm systems?
- Are there any other potential problems not already listed on this thread?

Been having Uverse 300 for 2 months, no problems.
3 TVs, 2 computers.
Wireless to TVs no problems, great HD.
Record no problems.

Much better quality than Charter Cable, which I had before.
