Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.

Don’t worry about it. I agree that it was suspicious. It’s things like this that teach you to be a bit more cautious and careful, so it’s a good thing after all.

Thanks Kevmo-—a lurker is what I’ve been till now! I read once that a very small percentage of the people who read blogs ever post a comment, so I suppose I’ve been part of the “silent majority.” I’m doing what I can down here in FL to make peole of all “stripes” aware of the Obama con...and the reception has been surprisingly positive.

What doors? I listened to Ed Hale, for the first time, last night, and he never seemed to have a coherent point. He kept, profainly I might add, exclaiming he had proof that Barrack Obama was born in Kenya...but this was not evident from the documents he posted. The attorney from Washington state that spoke was more understandable, but it was nothing to do with Obama being born in Kenya....it was the same old stuff about him being ineligible because his father was Kenyan. While I personally agree with that interpretation of the constitution, I don’t think the courts do. Only Mr. Obama being born in Kenya to an underage mother is going to have the legs to even remotely force the courts to act.
Where is this proof? Mr. Hale never explained, he just said the BC was at a port of entry.
At first, I thought the 2nd page displayed the 2nd story of the main house, however, I believe that it would be noted as such in the record. Instead, it's referred to as ‘main square footage,’ and the dimensions (14’ x 32’) aren't jiving with the main house. Further, as a life long carpenter, I wondered if the 14’ x 32’ dimension simply represented a smaller upstairs area. Upon viewing the overhead image from google earth, I saw no evidence of a roof structured in such a way, as to support the possibility of a smaller upstairs, therefore I believe that the 448 sf main area IS the cottage.
In one of the many threads, an image of the cottage was posted. The image is of the front and appears to have been taken from about 20’-30’ away. The dominant color of the exterior at the time the photo was taken was blue.
I posted a number of facts at one of the many BC threads, to Chief Engineer, regarding the assessor's information on the subject address.
Google maps hasn't photographed or added the option of a street view in this area of Honolulu yet, so there's no way to access a peek behind the house (at the ground level) from the comfort of one’s home.
It could have been a rental, at one time or another. It needs to be determined when the structure was built, as it may have been at a time, after the main house was constructed. If that is the case, it would raise suspicions further, that the Obama’s did not stay at this address after Junior’s birth.
I think you answered your own question... the evidence; and it may not be an actual birth certificate, but some other paper trail, is allegedly at a port of entry, and an effort is being made to obtain the document(s.)
FWIW: Ed's confidence level seemed fairly high.
Either Ed has the goods, or he doesn't. It's fairly straight forward. Time will tell.
Ed and his mining team managed to obtain the divorce decree. To his credit, he also shared it with the public.
Granted, the decree offers limited knowledge. However, if Hale is to be believed, the decree contained a significant clue leading to the port of entry docs. That clue, is the exact syntax of Obama's mother's name in the decree: Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Apparently, Berg has been in possession of the same decree for months. I am not aware of any sharing of the docs. by Berg, with the public. Also, whether Berg used the same search techniques, leading him to the same evidence Hale claims to be hot on the trail of, remains unknown.

I gave Hale the benefit of every doubt for 2 months but after last night’s show and then listening to the Art Bell interview with “Bugs,” who is ABSOLUTELY Ed Hale, regarding Ed supposedly shooting to death two Bigfoot and burying them in the Texas Panhandle in ‘76, I had no choice but to conclude that this man is seriously needy for attention and will do and/or say most anything to get it. Their was some value in posting the decree but ol’ Ed had his listeners on pins and needles for days expecting documentary proof of Obama’s Kenyan birth. People get tired of being baited and manipulated and the eligibility issue is way too important to be exploited for reasons of gaining internet ratings and/or attention.
I'm just a bit apprehensive about great discoveries that are held back for media effect. Either one is a patriot who is interested in truth or a gold digger with dirt that will never make the light of day unless posted in the Enquirer, etc.

The assessor’s records show 1948 as the year built, with an effective date of 1952. Perhaps the 1948 date is the time (year) when the building permit was first issued, and the 1952 date was the first time (year) taxes were assessed.

As you well know, that Code section includes several categories of people who are CITIZENS BY STATUTE rather than NATURAL BORN. Please stop your transparent, trollish attempts to confuse other posters.
If 0bama was indeed born in Kenya, why would he be a US citizen, since his parents (as we now know for sure) were married, his father was a foreign national, and his mother was not old enough to confer citizenship on him?
Sure. Just as soon as you point out where natural born is defined in the Constitution or in law. You can do that, can't you? That would set all us trolls straight once and for all. </sarcasm>
