Because she IS wider than the rest of the people in the photo.
A little shorter and dumpier and she could pass for Madeline Albright. She needs to get another dose of botox ‘cause she actually looked decent during the campaign. In one of those pics, it looks like Bambi is asking how do you say “yes we can” in Chinese.
