Obama said on a surprise visit to Iraq on Tuesday that the next 18 months could be "critical" and told the war-torn country that it would soon have to look after itself.

Obviously ODumbo is using code words intended to give aid and comfort to Al Quaeda and Baathist terrorists as well as to clandestine Iranian forces just itching to unleash their barbaric ways upon the population. It's a blatant signal for them to start the countdown and get their recruiting drives underway, line up their stockpiles of weapons, and prepare their lists of names for the revenge killings that will fill the power vacuum left in the wake of ODumbo's strategic retreat.
