I stumbled on the political forum at the "Truck.net Roundtable Forum" and witnessed a lopsided representation of todays events and issues by a few liberals on the forum. To add a little balance, I created and had an account activated with the login id of "Ophir". I posted 3 or 4 articles that were critical of the present administration and was immediately banned from the forum. The administrator came up with ridiculous claims of "racism" and "using multiple logins". I have asked the admin to call me directly. No reply has come back.
The forum can be found at http://roundtable.truck.net/viewforum.php?f=28
It is pretty clear that the operators of this website and in particular, the forum have deep political bias in supporting the present administration to the point of silencing any and all opposing views on their forum.
I can understand if they made such bias clear but, they claim to be serving an industry and not a political party.
The administrator of the forum can be reached at rtadmin@truck.net and their offices and management can be reached at:

H-E-L-L-O..........aren’t most of the truckers members of Teamsters Union???????? THAT could be a factor in their political slant
I doubt that. Many truckers today are independent and, or private businessmen and women as owner operators.
Maybe “truck.net” should be changed to “pickle-park.com”
They are for the most part Teamsters members. What did you think you were going to find there? Really.
The majority of self-employed “over-the-roaders” are definitely independents........but there also is a very large number of truckers who haul, in the cities, door to door, movers, etc, who, unfortunately, are scammed by the unions into believing that union is the way to go!
