Specter swiched parties, now how about the RNC?

Posted on 04/30/2009 6:20:41 PM PDT by Halfmanhalfamazing

I'm glad specter is gone. I can't wait to see Toomey clean his clock. But I've been thinking, we've(conservatives) been relatively successful at cleaning up the elected part of the party, what about the apparatchiks at home base?

TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: conservatism; liberalism; pennsylvania; rnc; specter
Where has the RNC been with the corruption of Dianne Feinstein? Where has the RNC been in re-organizing the primary process so as to disallow liberal infiltrators?

Where has the RNC been lately holding up conservative values? They are all country clubbers as far as I can see.

Yes, I know, the RNC can't switch parties. It's tongue in cheek. But I'm sure many will see what I'm saying and have their own issues that the RNC is leaving untouched.

Unfortunately they still don’t seem to get it.

How's this for an idea?

Let's simply outsource the entire Congress... it couldn't get worse!

Your second point, about the primary process is right on. I hate that cross over dems in the primary probably chose our lame candidate for us. We were doomed from the get go with him. I remember how as the summer and fall wore on, Rush would mumble “we are so screwed.” He was so right. We could not have had a worse candidate. The dems laughed all the way into the White House.

Yeah. It’s almost as if republicans wanted to lose.

Between open primaries and crossover votes, and having the primaries held in blue states so as to favor the more liberal republican candidates, we didn’t stand a chance.

The whole thing needs to be changed.
