Ever hear of Vitiligo? It’s a rare skin disease that changes the skin’s pigmentation. Jackson had it.
He did everything he possible could to change his entire body and face ..come on man
I doubt he ever had the disease. I think he got the doctor to lie. Back in the day I believed the doctor. But now I think he just bleached his skin.
Yea , no kidding .
Did Joe Jackson really just promote his new business while discussing the death of his son???
Was he promoting his record label? Sounds like Joe Jackson - he’s wrenching every last penny he can off of his dead son! No wonder Michael was the way he was.
He didn’t say anything other than everyone knew publicly. What Gene did is what most of white Hollywood did- stay away from the guy. For some reason, blacks emnbraced him, thinking it was all a plot- OJ, Tyson, R Kelly, Jim Brown...
Stanley Theater?
Interesting..... my son was also a Kiss Fan. I wonder if there were hidden conservative truths unrevealed except to the true fan believers
Agreed
Yes, up on post 59 I realized it was the Stanley Theater after someone else mentioned it. I do now remember that I was catching the bus (not streetcar) back to Brookline, and it was the last bus of the night. I think the bus stop was at Market Square, and I remember all the queers driving around trying to pick up strangers. (Some things never change) That was a shock to me when I slowly understood what those strange men were doing when they drove by and gestured oddly. Truly disgusting.
Of the KISS concert I really only remember LOUD!!!! I had never been to a concert before that, and my ears were virgins. I didn't bring any ear protection, and hadn't yet known about chewing up small pieces of paper and using them as earplugs in such an emergency.

Maybe someone that was abused by their Afro-American father and didn't want to grow old looking like that very abuser?
Yes, I saw that, too. Arrogant jerk only scratches the surface when describing his behavior on that show.

Yeah the news reported that Liz Taylor is the one that coined the phrase.

Gene is just a regular kid who came up with a schtick to make his rock band gain more attention than others.
Grew up a Jewish kid in Queens (NYC) and made a dream reality. Good for him. Happened to see him at a book signing at Virgin Megastore in Times Square.
Was upstairs looking at some stuff and he was downstairs. Looked through the glass at him downstairs. He’s pretty observant. Saw me and another guy there looking down while he was signing.
He gave a wave and I gave a thumbs up.
When I was in grammar school I liked Rock n Roll Over. A fun album.
Yes, when his trial was ongoing and he was having a hart time walking into the courtroom, he would push his father who tried to support him away. He accepted a supporting arm from his mother and his brothers.
I heard it preached recently that we Christians are not here to judge sinners, but to love them and lead them to Christ. I have a problem with Christians who dare to sit in judgment of Michael Jackson’s life. They should instead feel ashamed before our Lord that it seems not one “Christian” who may have been in Michael’s life had one bit of influence in leading him to Christ! He had recently converted to Islam.
