I must respectfully disagree. You find that sort of thing in the unlikeliest places. Before this is all over I may find myself sharing a foxhole with a DU poster who hates my guts, but who loves his country more. That's how it really is.

I do think it possible, even probable, that it will come down to violence in the end. For better or worse, we're actually very good at that. Very, very good.

I agree. I also think that within your statement is the kernel of why they keep extending the unemployment benefit period. People on unemployment may be hurting, but they want their check. When millions stop getting their check, they have nothing to lose. Not a good thing for Michelle Antoinette.

This was an excellent piece. I have often wondered myself how we would fight against an evil government. This explains it so well and having seen so many films about resistance fighters in WWII, I should know better.
