Are dual citizen head's of state prohibited from entering into some international treaties?

I agree. He fought his way up over the years in California. He started and built a multi-million dollar business, so he has street brains, and knows how the country should function.
And probably most important, he is not a coward, he’s a fighter!

Michael Chertoff is a dual citizen too. That bothered me in his position of Homeland Security.
