Bawney has a lithp. When I was growing up, I knew several people who had lisps.
They all were given a baby bottle to drink their favorite beverage from and the nipple was about 4 inches long. They crammed the nipple down their throats, and as they drew the liquid out of the bottle through this really long nipple, it was supposed to exercise the tounge muscles that were poorly developed and caused the lithpthpsp.
