I read somewhere that prior to Johnson's "Great Society" programs started that black Americans were the ethnic group with the lowest divorce rate and highest church attendance rate. For what it is worth.
Right. After he said those predictions, he went on to correct the order in which they would occur. Bush first, himself second. So far so good.
