What's really going to happen is that millions of legal and illegal aliens will swarm into the country to get in on the gravy train.

Free everything, courtesy of the wealth producers. They won't be able to build the walls high enough.

And anyone who objects to this massive shakedown will be intimidated into silence.

The New America: a disgusting third world welfare state, chronically in debt, groaning under the weight of tens of millions of giggling moochers, smirking at the Americans who have to pay for them.

Living in California you can see the future already.

Yeah, I guess I was mad and in a hurry. Being in a hurry is not something tenured unionized teachers would know anything about.

An unconstitutional act by Congress can never become law. The people are not bound to any unconstitutional act of Congress. The answer to your question can be found in the Declaration of Independencce. To quote:

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

They will collect taxes for it but they won’t be allocated to it. Just like social security.

OK, I'll add my vision of the future.

The American people go into DC enmass and take over the capitol and white house, they strip the senators and congressmen and women naked and paint them with hot tar and feathers and run them out of town on a rail. They party for a few days, and then go home and schedule elections to replace the ones who are still trying desperately to remove the tar from their bodies.

I see the American people electing a whole new group that will outlaw government unions (or at least the use of union funds in any elections) and they rebuild the country back to what it's supposed to be.

Probably not, but I can surely see blackmarket medical care. A whole underground economy (exempt from taxes) blossoming all over the country. After all, this is America.

Armed with what? Rememeber, these are all the gun-control types.

And where will they get the bullets? The conservatives, survivalists, prepared-alists, and Tea Partiers have been buying all the bullets for the last 15 months!

Not saying your prognostications aren't noteworthy -- they certainly are. But the American populace, especially the conservative portion, is much better armed -- and practiced -- than any "liberal army" could be. And I think that most (not all) police forces will either stand down or join up with the American people.
