I completely agree. Tonight especially there is a weird vibe. I think a lot of it is the fault of the judges. There are too many of them, their comments are redundant, and when all of their comments are negative, it really drags the show down.
The show is in desperate need of some Paula-like ditzyness! The chemistry is off.
Ellen is dead weight! Everyone is asking "why are you here?" She's the Admiral Stockdale of Idol judges :)

Random jonny trivia: Children of The Corn II (yes there was a sequel :) was filmed near my high school. A lot of people I knew were cast as extras in the corn field, LOL!

You know, I think I’ve figured out what the problem is- from the fashions to the song choices to the pointless vocal runs, this season could be summed up like this: You’re trying way too hard. I agree. There's an overcompensation feeling to everything.
