GERMANTOWN, Md. - A coach's assistant at a Montgomery County School is at the center of a sex scandal. The female volunteer helped out with the basketball team at Seneca Valley High School in Germantown.

When I was a teenaged boy, I was particularly close to a certain female teacher. If she had the morals of an alley cat, like this one, said relationship might have turned "inappropriate".
At the time, I doubt that I would have objected.
Today, I'm glad it did not.
