“Judicial Watch Takes on Philly Mayor, DA, and Teamster Thugs”
“Last October, Don and Teri Adams heard that President Clinton was attending a fundraiser in Philadelphia. Believing that President Clinton should be impeached, this brother and sister team decided to exercise their constitutional rights and protest outside the building where President Clinton was speaking. The head of the Pennsylvania Teamsters, John Morris, and a gang of union tough guys decided they didn’t care about free speech. Under the direction of Morris, union thugs attacked Don Adams. His sister Teri was knocked to the ground as she tried to defend her brother. What followed will shock you,” reported “Endangered Liberties” host Lisa Dean and her guest co-host, Cliff Kincaid. Larry Klayman, chairman of Judicial Watch, which is representing the Adams’, provides the details.
Klayman: “Let me set the scenario here, because it’s important. At the time of the attack, inside city hall was President Clinton with Ed Rendell, mayor of Philadelphia, now head of the Democratic National Committee, one of the top fundraisers of the Democratic Party, doing a fundraiser. Rendell had allowed the Teamsters to come onto City Hall property - a permit was granted. So, therefore, Rendell is responsible for being there. Philadelphia has a history of Teamster violence with some of the locals. So there was reason to believe that something was likely to happen - and sure enough it did happen with regard to this local 115 run by John Morris.

Is Noam Chomsky equating tea parties with nazis?
The United States is extremely lucky that no honest, charismatic figure has arisen, Chomsky went on. Every charismatic figure is such an obvious crook that he destroys himself, like McCarthy or Nixon or the evangelist preachers. If somebody comes along who is charismatic and honest this country is in real trouble because of the frustration, disillusionment, the justified anger and the absence of any coherent response.”

Accusations of favoritism swirl in deals for institutions seized by government
Further in Soros article:
Recent YouTube videos posted by financial bloggers have been hurling a slew of accusations at the FDIC regarding its deals with companies like OneWest, drawing a rare response from the FDIC. The central accusation that drew the response, notes eCreditDaily.com, was the federal agency’s so-called “loss-sharing agreement” with OneWest, which critics claim makes it a much more profitable incentive for the bank to move forward with short sales or foreclosures instead of working with homeowners on mortgage modifications.

This week, I was contacted by a number of civilian and military personnel (enlisted and officer ranks) who expressed concern about a military exercise proposed for Ft. Knox, the U.S. Bullion Depository. (For the record, I called Ft. Knox security for an official comment and received the standard reply: “We are not authorized to discuss this exercise.” The exercise in question may have been one of several proposed security exercise scenarios.)
