Didn’t Arlen Specter decide votes based on Martian Law?

No, but most of his decisions came from Uranus. (Well, his)

You have several wrong my friend.

Proactive is indeed a word and has been since the early 20th century. It differs from active in that it is by definition predicated upon an anticipated event or situation.

Hate has two verb forms to be used with or without objects, respectively. Hate also has a noun form.

Disrespected is also a bona fide conjugation of disrespect. The transitive verb forms of disrespect are: Disrespected, Disrespecting, and disrespects.
