Sounds like a tire issue to me.
I think tires are chosen by the track organization & Goodyear.
I think all of the drivers are supposed to be on the same tire. If so- then they have to set their individual car up to the specs of the tire.
No grip at Indy at those speeds IS scary.
I don’t have satellite TV, so I have not seen any of practice or qualifying. Did she even make the 2 qualifying laps?
