Laurie David, the former wife of Larry David, the Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm creator, said a tabloid report that she had an affair with former US vice president Al Gore was "completely untrue."
Mr Gore announced two weeks ago that he and his wife Tipper were separating after 40 years of marriage and said no-one else was involved.

Mrs David and comedian Mr David, divorced in 2007. In a statement to the Huffington Post website she said: "The story is completely untrue. It's a total fabrication. I adore both Al and Tipper. I look at them both as family. And I have happily been in a serious relationship since my divorce."
A source close to the Gore family told the website that Mr Gore and his wife are still "very close" and will be together with their family this summer. Another friend of the Gores was quoted by the New York Daily News, describing the report as "complete crap." Mrs David's agent Dorian Karchmar said the report linking her to Mr Gore was "completely, patently false." Mrs David, an environmentalist, worked as a producer on Mr Gore's Oscar-winning climate change documentary An Inconvenient Truth.
The Gores announced two weeks ago that they had made a "mutually supportive decision following a process of long and careful consideration." They were high school sweethearts who met in 1965 and had four children together.

I was lead to believe it was an affair with fellow metrosexual John Edwards. Look for him to come out of the closet soon.

I’m sorry...never saw that in him, nor the bulbous-nosed president he served with. Both ugly...inside & out.
We’ve never had a good-looking president. although many women apparently think Obama is handsome....a regular angel-of-light.
