Lindsay Lohan may have come with a message for the Los Angeles Superior Court when she appeared for her probation revocation hearing on Tuesday, and it could spell more jail time on top of her three-month sentence.
Lohan, who was sentenced to 90 days in prison and 90 days in an in-patient rehabilitation facility for violating the terms of her probation, appeared in court with the words “f**k u” printed on her middle fingernail.

Yep, that’s the best place for her, at least her nose will be out of the powder while she’s in jail. She’s a menace to herself and everyone around her.

Actually, I think time in jail would do her more good.
If she get out early from jail the time not served should added to her rehab time.

She does seem to be augering in. Everyone has their breaking point, some people find it before they die.
I think she needs a little tough love before she is ready for a clinic. I believe AA knows many people aren’t ready to be helped until they hit bottom. She hasn’t hit bottom yet. She has used her celebrity status to shield her from the natural consequences of her action. Until she takes responsibility for that, she can’t be helped at a clinic.
She’s been to clinics. Lots and lots of clinics. Clinics are a joke to her. She needs the jail time. I honestly feel her career is pretty much tanked but I hope she can salvage her health and soul.
For starters, she needs to learn the concept of choosing your battles.

That’s the point. She was originally sentenced to rehab and preferred trips to Cannes and Morocco. Because of jail over-crowding she’ll do 3 days, tops.
The only thing missing from her resume now is A: “posed naked in porn magazine” and B: “died of a drug overdose”, and I have little doubt she’ll accomplish both in the next 5 years, the only way she doesn’t is if she’s gets to B before A.
She is adult... not some kid. I know of poor parenting kids who turned out to be outstanding citizens.
I could not agree more. I watched the video from yesterday's hearing. To me, she looked like she was on "something", perhaps several things. She was extremely fidgety.
I think 90 days in jail (serving 25ish) is just what the doctor ordered. Then, she might be in the appropriate state of mind to actually get something of value from her 90-day rehab. Robert Downey Jr. has said before that jail saved his life. Perhaps it will save hers.
