I meant to say I couldn’t finish IT, meaning the first one. But I did try a second just to see if maybe my taste was a little off that afternoon (I’m a glutton for punishment). It wasn’t and the rest of the box went for a ride in the big white truck that visits twice a week.
I think that's why there are different kids of cigars. We don't all want the same thing all the time. I'm not a Macanudo smoker, but the ones I've had have all been well constructed and pleasantly mild. When my daughter got married I made sure to have a choice of cigars for those who wanted them. I might have chosen Macanudos for those who wanted mild cigars. (But I didn't. I picked a Don Diego as the mild choice.)

Cubano Piloto seeds that were spirited out of Havana in 1959 have now fully acclimated themselves to new regional soils . With guidance from Cuban expatriate families, the tobacco is now far more carefully harvested, fermented, aged, cut, assembled and rolled than most of today's hurried Habanos exports.
The real fun will begin when Cuba is finally liberated from the grip of the Castro thugs and the present strains of Cubano Piloto are used to create new hybrids with their cousins in Central America and the Caribbean. The results could be quite exciting for those of us who treat cigar smoking as something of a sacred rite.
Thank you. I ought to mention that if you really want to try something special (and ever travel to Canada or elsewhere abroad) you might wish to avail yourself of a Cuban Partagas #2 (assuming you can find one). I have enjoyed a couple of these and in spite of the general decline in Cuban quality standards, it is still one of the very best cigars I have ever encountered.
Macanudos are Dominican cigars, constructed with a rare Mexican binder and typically a Connecticut shade wrapper. The result is a very mild and pleasantly sweet/spicy smoke. Some people seem to like them very much, but my personal preference is for considerably more full-bodied cigars.
Nah! McDonalds would make grape Philly blunts.
You know that...
Dude...that was a perfectly good swallow of coffee.
Thanks.
That’s a sad story....
I ordered a box, we see soon.
LOL
They are pretty good, thanks.
(BTW, I'm in Israel now for nine days with another six to go, and I'm really regretting bring only six sticks with me. Here by the Dead Sea, it's nice to sit outside at night and have one. So, I'm down to one left and the nearest place that sells any kind at any price is probably 50 miles away.)
