Actually, unless it's changed recently, Canadian facilities will cheerfully bill American insurance companies for any medical services rendered. They used to take cash, too...
Meanwhile, I certainly hope that "Vacation Gal" has her premiums paid up. Oh...wait...I forgot...we're paying for all that...
