I have a question. Isn't Ham pork?

I think it has something to do with one being cured and the other isn’t.

Sounds like Carnival had a nasty phone call from CAIR.
It may have been a photoshop but I did see a picture of Spam being delivered, must have been a joke.
But just imagine how the Moslems would feel if they were passengers and the only food was pureed pig parts.

"Survival Food Spotlight". The first product to have the spotlight shone upon it's pink, jellied, rectangular form is the meat of the gods...the tasty and much loved pork product from Hormel:

Not a fan of tabasco. I’d rather have chilies or spicy seasonings.

Couple cans with a sleeve of crackers and maybe some hard cheese. You got a fine meal!

Thanks. Looks like they don’t make the jalapeno spam anymore? I bought a can and it got eaten before I got a chance to try it. :(

I saw that, but, that isn’t what the can I bought looked like. Not sure what to think.

Unless there is stock footage of spam cases on a ship that the news crews used, there was indeed Spam dellivered. They might not have used it, buy it would have to be better than the hot dog spegatti that one of the passengers was talking about. What do they have against Spam?

I would have eaten Spam. Had it as a kid and don’t remember what it tastes like but I would consider part of the adventure.
Besides, what would be the big deal if they did serve Spam?

There is also Garlic Spam. Although I have only seen it in Guam and Saipan.
there’s a line in Dawn of the Dead (1978) where Roger says of Spam “don’t knock it, it’s got it’s own key”
