In less than two weeks I have noticed gas prices have jumped at least 10 cents. Many say food prices will rise as well. We've seen this happen in the past, but that was not under Mr. Destruct-O. Pray for the USA.

THINKING of fixing me a couple of fresh yard eggs this morning WITH a bowl of grits, the all american food.
And, I will say it, the weekend version of Fox and Friends is terrible no, double terrible. I only makes sense that more folks will be wathing as they will not be at work. But, maybe it is just me.
The sun coming up ever so great. pretty and warm too, chickens clucking, roosters crowing, dogs barking. cats acting as if they have taken a snort of two of something.
SO, got my last cup of coffee, hoping D will cook some b’fast otherwise I shall endulge in more grits.

I have the opposite experience with FB. I don’t think I’d know you if it weren’t for FR and ATRW. I don’t make friends on FB although it is a good way to keep up with friends I already have.
Do what you need to do. I’ll look out for your posts on FB. Hug your son for me.

It has been great weather & I have been punching out some outdoor tasks here & will put in a full day today ... cooler & some rains coming up.
Just wish it wouldn’t get so cold at night. The clear starlit nights just let all that heat dissipate
One month since mom left. DISTURBINGLY Quiet here on the home-front. Change from the VERY LOUD TV on 24/7 & the continual calls for me - several each hour (room service donchaknow)
It was all very annoying to me at the time and of course now the fuel for guilt for my resentment along the way

I went over to feed the dogs this AM, and noticed dishes in the sink.
Is it appropriate to do the dishes while the neighbor is in the hospital? I'm not always good with these social interactions. Is why I live alone.

Very definitely, John. Washing the dishes, general straightening, keeping the dust at bay, etc. are (almost) always appreciated. And those who don’t appreciate it have other issues with which to deal.

I adore FB. Have found many people from past (like hundred or so) and some new people that I have already Face to faced. I originally signed up to do the tea party contacts & thought it would be a good way to keep up with granddaughter
Granddaughter has given me some mental fits but I do remember what it was like to be 16
I am very careful with new friend “invites”. I am not interested in thousands of “friends”.
